Gîte le Magnolia:Experience the charm of Gîte le Magnolia, a cozy accommodation with three bedrooms located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms feature a comfortable 160x200 bed each, while the third bedroom offers two 90x200 beds. The upper floor also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen opens up to a dining area with a table for six people, creating a perfect space for shared meals. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy lounge area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi available. A water room with a closed toilet is also conveniently located on the ground floor. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, providing a perfect spot to admire breathtaking sunsets. The terrace is adorned with a beautiful dry garden. Enjoy outdoor dining with a dedicated area for six people and make use of three deck chairs and a BBQ. Privacy is ensured as there are no neighboring properties overlooking the gîte. Guests of Gîte le Magnolia have access to a shared swimming pool and spa, equipped with a retractable cover.
