This suite consists of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people.In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room offers a bed measuring 140 cm, as well as a corner bed measuring 90x180 cm, perfect for accommodating a child under 12 years old.
Additionally, the suite includes a shared shower room and toilet, a cozy living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious terrace measuring 40 m².
You will have complete freedom of movement as the suite has its own independent entrance. Additionally, parking is available for you in the secure courtyard, ensuring your peace of mind.

Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled within a picturesque house that boasts over a century of history. Embracing the essence of the countryside, our cottage promises serenity, tranquility, and a sense of ease.Recognized by the Prefecture of Vienne as a "3-star furnished tourism" accommodation, our gîte provides exceptional comfort. Spanning across 100 m², spread over two levels, it sits in close proximity to the owners' residence and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and a well-appointed kitchen/dining area, spanning 36 m². Additionally, a convenient toilet is also located on this level. The kitchen opens up to a delightful 30 m² terrace, partially covered, overlooking a charming garden equipped with a children's porch and slide.
Moving upstairs, you will discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom spans 20 m² and features a comfortable 160-sized bed, while the second bedroom, covering 21 m², offers a cozy 140-sized bed and two additional 90-sized beds. A shower room and a separate toilet complete this level. Moreover, an additional terrace, measuring 30 m² and serving as a solarium, offers a serene view of the courtyard and garden, providing an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.
