To enhance your experience, the guest room is temporarily closed for extensive interior and exterior renovations. Our guest room, Les Fougereaux, is situated in the charming village of Chassenard in Allier (03), just a stone's throw away from Burgundy (Saône et Loire) and a 10-minute drive from Digoin. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside. The Chambre DHôtes Les Fougereaux is open from April to early October. Nestled on a private and fully fenced 2912 m² plot in the countryside, this place is waiting to be discovered. Let us introduce ourselves - we are a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children, Laura and Katrine, who share custody. We also have a variety of dogs including Cavalier King Charles, English Cocker Spaniel, and German Shepherd. Rest assured, our dogs have their own kennels to ensure they don't disrupt our guests' arrivals and departures. However, we kindly request that you refrain from approaching them to avoid any unnecessary barking. For added privacy during the day, we have installed privacy screens, and at night, our dogs are securely confined to their designated areas. Our cozy home spans 100m² on the ground floor and will become your home away from home, whether it's for a night, a weekend, or longer. When my children, partner, and I are present, we will warmly welcome you with smiles and a contagious sense of joy and good humor. Our guest house is spacious, tranquil, bathed in sunlight, and offers heating in the winter and a refreshing coolness in the summer. It is tastefully decorated with simplicity in mind. We gladly welcome our furry friends, but for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that they remain on a leash and that their waste is collected by their owners. Bed sheets and towels are provided by us. Now, let's explore the premises. Please note that while we accept animals in our rental, the full responsibility for their behavior lies with their owners.

Looking for a tranquil retreat to relax and recharge? Look no further than Les Fougereaux Guest Room in Chassenard (03510).

This charming, secluded farmhouse, dating back to the early 20th century, has been completely renovated and modernized. Nestled in the countryside on a fully fenced 2912 m² plot, it offers a peaceful and private escape. The Guest Room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, ensuring a quiet and intimate experience.

The veranda, a delightful extra space, not only adds charm to the farmhouse but also provides excellent insulation for the living room. Sunlight streaming through the windows fills the room with warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere.

The Dining Room is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, 2 cupboards, and a buffet. A fireplace with a wood stove provides hot water during winter, while an electric water heater ensures comfort in the summer.

The Living Room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a television, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows.

The bathroom is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will soon boast a sink with a cabinet, a shower, towel racks, a small piece of furniture with a braided rope basket, and a trash can. Bath towels are provided for the Guest Room.

The toilet has been fully renovated and is now separate from the bathroom.

The Blue Ocean Room offers a cozy retreat with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), complete with pillows and blankets. It also includes a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe with ample storage space, and a chest of drawers adorned with a lantern decoration. Bed linens are provided for the Guest Room.
