Description for B&B:

This accommodation is suitable for couples, single travelers, and business people. However, it is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and pets are not allowed.

It is the perfect place to stay if you are seeking peace and quiet to work or relax. Start your day by having breakfast outside on the spacious terrace or unwind on a lounger under the olive tree in the garden, while enjoying the breathtaking sea views towards the Estorel headland. You can also admire the beautiful views of the Tanneron hills, especially when the mimosa is in full bloom, from the terrace and the French windows in the dining area.

The villa and garden face south/east to south/west, providing a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the day due to the open plan layout and large French windows leading to the terrace and garden.

Conveniently located near beaches, shops, and markets (all within a ten-minute walk), the villa is far enough from noisy main roads and crowded tourist areas. Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus stops and the nearest railway station just a five to ten-minute walk away. This makes it ideal for those who prefer not to drive much or at all. Parking is not an issue as we provide free reserved parking spaces on the road outside.

Enjoy the blue skies and sunshine of the seaside, along with the numerous attractions of Cannes and the Cote d'Azur. From exquisite food and wine to sports, entertainment, and year-round activities, there is something for everyone. Exploring Provence and all its diverse offerings is also effortless from this location, no matter when you visit.
