Starting from September 20th, this nice apartment is conveniently located just 200 meters away from a beautiful thirteen-mile long beach. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing late holiday getaway.The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people and is well equipped. Situated on the ground floor of a small residence with nine apartments, it offers air conditioning and a lovely terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Reserved parking is also available.
Inside, you will find a modern kitchen, a dining room, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with TNT SAT ASTRA parable.
