Located in the heart of Sarthe, nestled between Le Mans and Tours, and in close proximity to the enchanting Forest of Bercé, "La Thibaud" offers a tranquil and delightful sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in the captivating culture and history of the region.Positioned on the outskirts of the forest, "La Thibaud" provides easy access to numerous scenic footpaths and the extensive hiking trail known as GR36. Here, you can indulge in serene strolls, invigorating cycling adventures, and even embark on picturesque pony treks. With 12 acres of land at your disposal, there is ample space for sunbathing and a designated area for playing bowls. Additionally, motor-homes can be accommodated with available parking facilities.
The converted barn features a cozy living-room with two comfortable sofa beds, a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, and a charming mezzanine bedroom furnished with a double bed, accommodating up to six guests.

By car: Take the A28 Rouen - Le Mans-Tours. Take Exit N ° 25 and N ° 26 Ecommoy Château du Loir / Le Lude.
For Exit 25: Follow the signs for Lavernat (7 km through the forest). At the stop sign, make a left turn and drive through the village. Take the right exit and continue on Route du Ponceau (V8 - Vaas) for 3.5 km. Then, turn right and follow the paved road until you reach your destination.
For Exit 26: Follow the signs for Lavernat. Before entering the village, take Route du Ponceau and follow the directions mentioned above.
By road: Take the E502/N138 and head towards Château du Loir and Lavernat. Then, follow the directions provided above.
