Welcome to this beautiful contemporary house offering a lovely 25 m² room with its own private entrance. Inside, you will find a comfortable 160 cm bed, a TV, and a coffee/tea setup. The room also features a modern bathroom for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool while admiring the picturesque countryside. The location is incredibly peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Breakfast will be provided to start your day right.

Should you feel like dining out, there are two restaurants in the village. Additionally, a fantastic 18-hole golf course is only 3 km away. We are also delighted to welcome your furry friends as cats and dogs are accepted.

Directions

Take the A31 and exit at Til Chatel. After traveling for 20 km, make a right turn at Asnières les Dijon, then continue towards Messigny et Vantoux. From Dijon, head towards Dijon Nord and then proceed towards the villages of Ahuy and Messigny et Vantoux, which are located 10 km away.

Once you reach the village, make your way to the church. From there, take the road on the right side of the church until you reach the bus stop located above the village. Turn left at the bus stop and then take the second road on the left called CHAMP PASSAVANT (GPS). Continue on this road until you reach the end, then make a left turn onto LE CLOS PASSAVANT. Finally, you will find allée de la chênaie on your left.
