Description for B&B:

This description is for the ground floor of a traditional house measuring 130 m2 on a 1000 m2 piece of land with Mediterranean trees. The owners occupy the first floor of the house. There are two bedrooms, each with its own 17m2 living area and individual bathroom. The house is located in the Languedoc Roussillon region, on the outskirts of the massive clape, and overlooks the small village of Salle D'Aude. It offers a peaceful environment and features a secure pool. It is conveniently situated between the towns of Narbonne and Beziers, which are 15 km and 19 km away respectively. The beautiful beaches of St Peter la Mer are just a 10-minute drive away, along with its vineyards and the protected mountains of the clape. Additionally, the valleys of the Aude and Herault can be reached within an hour's drive. This historic region is known for the Albigensian Crusade and offers opportunities to visit relics and Cathar castles. Narbonne, with its rich Gallo-Roman history, also provides many attractions.
