To travel from Cognac to St Hillaire de Villefranche, take the D731 road. If you are going east, drive until you reach the end of Brizambourg. Then, immediately after the first traffic island (look for the sign for La Verderie), turn right. If you are going west, turn right at the last traffic island after entering Brizambourg (signposted for La Verderie).
Continue straight on this road for 2km. You will come across the first hamlet called La Verderie. Look for No 16 near the end of the hamlet on the right-hand side. Parking is available immediately after the property to the right on the grass next to the gas tank.
