Welcome to "The Poulvelleries," a charming cottage located in the heart of the beautiful Perigord black region. This tranquil and nature-filled retreat is the perfect place to unwind and relax. While enjoying the peaceful surroundings, you will also be conveniently close to the bustling town of Sarlat and its array of shops and amenities.

Situated amidst the captivating tourist sites of the Black Perigord area, this spacious 92 m² cottage, housed in a restored barn, can comfortably accommodate 5 to 7 guests. The cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities, including two bedrooms (featuring a double bed of 140 cm and a single bed of 90 cm) and a living room with an additional double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed. You will find a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, grill, and TV.

Outside, there is a lovely park with swings, a ping pong table, and a terrace with a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and dining.
