Nestled on a south facing plateau nestled between St-Girons and Ste-Croix-Volvestre, in the untouched surroundings of Béret with its 10 hectares of beautiful woods and meadows, this property offers a tranquil retreat and an exceptional panoramic view of the magnificent Pyrenees.Situated at an altitude of 575 meters, it is not uncommon to find yourself standing above a sea of clouds. The abundant sunshine hours allow for full enjoyment of the deckchairs, swimming pool, barbecue, and patio, all in complete privacy.
This spacious and unique 350 square meter house is filled with surprises. The imposing beams of the house's framework and ceiling, the fireplace, and the stylish lounge that opens onto a two-level mezzanine create an atmosphere of grandeur.
