Nestled in the picturesque Dordogne Valley, just a short distance from Sarlat and surrounded by charming villages like Domme, La Roque Gageac, and Beynac, lies the tranquil village of Montfort.Our country house, perfectly situated only 200 yards from Montfort castle and nestled against the rolling hills, exudes an undeniable charm that has been lovingly preserved.
The guestrooms, which have been recently renovated, occupy the upper floors and offer a breathtaking view of our walnut grove and the sprawling countryside beyond.
We offer four non-smoking guest rooms, three of which boast European king-size beds (160x200 cm), and one room with twin beds (90x200 cm), all equipped with ensuite shower rooms. These rooms are tastefully furnished to ensure utmost comfort, with two of them even featuring air conditioning.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast served either in our wood-paneled dining room or on our inviting terrace. Take advantage of our garden and sunny terrace, where you can unwind and relax. Rest assured, private parking is available free of charge, and we also provide complimentary Wi-Fi access for your convenience.

If traveling by car from Souillac, head towards Sarlat and then take D703 towards "Vallée de la Dordogne". Once in Carsac, turn towards the Village de Montfort and take the first right.
If traveling by car from Bergerac, follow the Dordogne Valley towards Sarlat, then Beynac towards La Roque Gageac. Continue straight through the village and take a left towards Vitrac. At Vitrac Port, turn right towards Montfort. Follow the dead end to the left of Castle Montfort.
If traveling by car from Sarlat, follow the directions towards Cahors. At the traffic circle "sechoir a tabac-Leclerc", go towards Montfort. Once in the village of Montfort, take the first street on the right.
