This spacious apartment is filled with natural light and features balconies. It has been completely renovated in December 2008 to ensure maximum comfort.

Located just a one-minute walk from Metro line 9, you will have direct access to famous Parisian landmarks such as the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayette, and Nation (for connections to Euro Disneyland).

On foot, you can easily explore Père Lachaise, Bastille Plaza, Le Marais, and the historical center of Paris.

Surrounding the apartment, you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.

You will be enchanted by the apartment's atmosphere, stylish furniture, and abundance of natural light. The large windows overlook the Place Leon Blum and the 11th district's city hall. Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building with a lift, all windows are double glazed for added security and soundproofing.

"Bo11" is specifically designed for leisure and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It includes:

- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, and fireplace
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, CD player, and free Wi-Fi
- 1 dining room with a dining table, chairs, and a radio
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, crockery, and cookware
- 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bathroom can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom for added privacy.

Bed and bath linen will be provided, and the apartment is equipped with heating throughout and air conditioning in the master bedroom.

The 11th district is like its own little city within Paris. It offers green spaces such as Père Lachaise Park and Bercy Village, as well as Arsenal Harbor.

It is a vibrant area with numerous restaurants, trendy bars, and a lively nightlife around Bastille Plaza, Lapp Street, La Roquette Street, Faubourg Saint Antoine, and Bastille Opera.

The district also boasts notable monuments and sites worth visiting, including the Cirque d'Hiver (The Winter Circus), Place de la République (The Republic Plaza), Place de la Bastille (The Bastille Plaza), and the Saint Martin canal.

Directions

From the airport, you have several transportation options to reach your destination.

Taxi: If you choose to take a taxi, the ride will cost around 50 Euros and typically takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is advisable to avoid traveling during peak hours from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, as the journey can take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Bus: There are two bus companies operating from CDG airport.

- Roissybus: This bus will drop you off at Opera. From there, you will need to walk for approximately 7 minutes to reach the Chaussée dAntin, Lafayette Metro Station. Take Metro ligne 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire.

- Air France bus (ligne 4): This bus will take you to Gare de Lyon. The metro station is conveniently located at the bus stop. Take Metro ligne 1 towards Château de Vincennes and get off at Nation. Then, transfer to Metro ligne 9 towards Pont de Sevres and get off at Metro Voltaire.

Train: To take the train, head to CDG and board the RER B train towards Robinson - St Remy les Chevreuses. At Gare du Nord, change to Metro ligne 5 towards Porte dItalie and get off at Oberkampf. From there, take Metro ligne 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire. When exiting the station, use "Sortie 4, Rue Sedaine". The apartment is located right in front of the Metro Station. The total journey on the train will take approximately 45 minutes.

Regardless of the mode of transportation you choose, please remember to keep an eye on your belongings while using the metro and RER.
