Located in Sumene, at the foot of the Cevennes mountains and just 6 km from Ganges, is a charming country stone house dating back to 1800. Surrounded by beautiful Mimosa flowers and its own natural spring water, this tranquil retreat offers breathtaking views of the valley and the village of Sumene. With four spacious and comfortable rooms, you can enjoy a relaxing stay in this idyllic setting. There are also plenty of activities to take advantage of in the surrounding area, including trekking in the National Park Cévennes, exploring the Aigoual mountain, canoeing, swimming, visiting caves, engaging in speleology, exploring the bamboo forest, discovering picturesque villages, and even enjoying a day trip to the Mediterranean sea, which is just an hour away.

Prices include a generous breakfast, as well as sheets, towels, and soap. The rates for the rooms are as follows:

- Room for 2 persons: 60 EUR per night. Extra bed available for 20 EUR per person (15 EUR for children under 10 years old). Separate bathroom with shower and bath. WC is separate.
- Room for 2 persons: 50 EUR per night, with an additional bed sofa available for 20 EUR per person (15 EUR for children under 10 years old). Shared bathroom and shower. WC is separate.
- Room for 2 persons with shared bathroom and shower, and a separate WC: 45 EUR per night. This room also features its own covered terrace.
- Room for one person: 35 EUR per night, with a shared bathroom and separate WC.

Directions

To get to the Mimosa Spring from Nîmes, follow these directions:

1. As you exit Nîmes West from the motorway, take the direction towards Ales at the circle.
2. Drive for approximately 2 km and then take the direction towards Le Vigan at the STOP sign. Look for road D 999.
3. After driving for about an hour, you will arrive in Ganges.
4. Just after passing the signboard for Ganges, take a right at the circle and follow the direction towards Sumene. It is approximately 6 km away.
5. Drive through the village and cross a bridge called Le Rieutord. After 200m, you will pass another bridge called Le Rocordier.
6. Proceed past the right turn for St Roman and continue until you reach the second right turn for La Rouviere.
7. You will notice a cemetery on your left. After passing the cemetery, take the first small road on the left. Look for garbage collection bins in blue, yellow, and green.
8. Follow the small road uphill for approximately 400m.
9. When you reach a T crossing, turn left immediately and continue for 60m until you see a big gate.
10. Enter through the gate and continue until you reach the parking area next to the garage.
11. Congratulations, you have arrived at the Mimosa Spring! Welcome!
