Despite its peaceful setting, it's just a five-minute walk to the classified medieval site of SAUVETERRE DE BEARN, situated on the path to Compostela. With beaches, mountains, and Spain all within an hour's drive, and conveniently located halfway between PAU and BIARRITZ, our location is ideal.

Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from Nicole and André CAPDET, who are passionate about this serene paradise. Whether you choose to relax by the pool or on the terrace, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Pyrénées and the vibrant flowers that adorn the park. In the winter, cozy up by the fireplace or entertain yourself with the grand piano, while enjoying the exceptional quality of life that SAUVETERRE DE BEARN has to offer.

Directions

To reach the destination, take the BAYONNE - TOULOUSE highway A 64 and exit at SALIES DE BEARN (Exit n° 7). Follow the signs towards SALIES DE BEARN and SAUVETERRE DE BEARN.

Once in SAUVETERRE DE BEARN, proceed along "rue Pannecau" next to the City Hall until you reach the first STOP sign. Turn right at the STOP sign and continue for 20 meters before turning left onto a dead-end lane. At the end of the lane, you will see the white gate of "MANOIR de MARSAN."

Please note that there are signs indicating MANOIR de MARSAN starting from the STOP sign.
