The property consists of four bedrooms, each offering different amenities. "Hirondelle" has a unique design and features a 160x200 bed. "Tourterelle" is a romantic room with a 180x200 bed or two 90x200 beds. "Aurore" offers the choice of two 80x200 beds or a 160x200 bed. Lastly, "Crépuscule" is a family room with a 140x200 bed and two 90x200 beds.

Located within a 13-acre stone-walled garden, the Charentais farmhouse provides a charming and comfortable stay. Meals are served in either the garden arbour, surrounded by cherry and fig trees, or in the family farm kitchen.

The village of Clavette is conveniently situated, with La Rochelle, Rochefort, and the sandy beaches of Chatelaillon, Aytré, and La Rochelle all within a short distance. Access to these areas is easy via train, plane, dual carriage ways, and motorways.

Guests staying at "La Collegiale" will have access to various activities within the village, including tennis, boules, basketball, and horseback riding. For those who enjoy nature, there are opportunities for birdwatching in the Rochefort marshes, exploring canals in Venise Verte, visiting the oyster beds in Marennes-Oléron, and experiencing the beauty of the walled city of Brouage.
