Roadside residence with an area of 60 square meters. The interior features visible stone walls with a furnished area including a table, chairs, sofa bed for 2 people, television, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an American-style electric gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toilet, washbasin, and shared washing machine.The house has two floors, each with an area of 60 square meters. The first floor has a bedroom with four sleeping spaces and a rustic-style bedroom with two sleeping spaces. The bathroom on this floor includes two sinks, one shower, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a spacious area that can be used as a relaxation space.
Outside, there are various structures for young children such as swings, a slide, and a game of bowls. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor amenities including picnic benches, a table tennis table, and a swimming pool with a Zodiac dinghy measuring 5.50 meters in diameter and 1.20 meters in height.
There is a 65 square meter garage available for use as well.

Drive through Briollay, then Tierce.
At the exit of Tierce, turn left towards Etriché.
In Etriché, continue towards Morannes.
In the village of Bours, at an intersection with a Calvary, you will find "La vieille forge" on the right side. It is located at the bottom of a courtyard, and you will see the signboard of my husband's workshop, "Atelier de la cithare."
