The private residence includes a secure parking garage, providing peace of mind for your vehicle. Additionally, we offer the use of two bicycles (one for men and one for women) for your local exploration.

One of the highlights of this property is the wonderful private swimming pool within the residence. It features an integrated staircase and a shallow area for children, making it perfect for families. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st and is available for your enjoyment throughout the year.

The garden of the residence faces the sea and is adorned with trees and a stone bench. It provides a serene and picturesque setting for relaxation. Located in the Cap d'Agde district, specifically the Rochelongue neighborhood, this property boasts the most beautiful sandy beach in the area, seamlessly connected to the neighboring Richelieu neighborhood.

The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and offers high-quality amenities. It consists of two rooms, including a cabin that can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom features an eclectic bed (1.60*2.00), cable TV, a DVD player, and a mini safe.
