La Roseraie is a sophisticated bed and breakfast establishment offering three exquisitely furnished double rooms and two spacious family suites. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with small flat-screen TVs. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the cozy sitting room whenever they desire.In addition to the charming accommodations, La Roseraie also provides two self-catering cottages, each boasting a private terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
To enhance the overall experience for our valued guests, we offer a leisure room designed in a bistro style. This room features a small library stocked with books and DVDs, as well as a selection of card and board games. The ambiance is further elevated by our honesty bar.
Our expansive gardens are beautifully furnished with tables and chairs, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation. The large heated swimming pool offers picturesque views of our private parkland.
Nestled within the tranquil and secluded grounds of La Roseraie, a short stroll will lead you to the vibrant village of Neuville. Here, a lively market takes place every Sunday morning. Additionally, the village is home to two exceptional restaurants and a charming family-style eatery. The headquarters of the local wine-growing region is also situated in Neuville, offering guided tours and tastings. Don't miss the opportunity to visit a small yet captivating walnut-oil factory, where you can witness the production process using original machinery.

Directions
To reach La Roseraie, located 500 meters from the village center of Neuville de Poitou in the department of La Vienne, in the Poitou-Charente region, follow these directions:
From the North:
1. Take the A10 and exit at "Futuroscope" just North of Poitiers.
2. At the exit roundabout, turn left and follow signs to Neuville (the D62).
From the South:
1. Take the A10 and exit at "Poitiers Nord".
2. Follow signs to Nantes, Saumur, and Angers, which will lead you onto the N147.
3. Look for signs to Neuville.
From Poitiers Airport:
1. At the first roundabout after leaving the Airport, turn left following signs for Nantes and Tours.
2. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left following signposts for Nantes.
3. Then, follow signs for Saumur, Angers, and Neuville.
From Poitiers Station:
1. Follow signs to Nantes.
2. Then, follow signs to Saumur, Angers, and Neuville.
Once you are in the commune of Neuville:
1. At the first roundabout, follow signs to Saumur, Angers, and Mirebeau (the N147).
2. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a second roundabout.
3. Turn left at this roundabout, leaving the N147 and following signs to Les Grands Prés.
4. Immediately, you will encounter two mini-roundabouts.
5. Turn right at the first mini-roundabout and left at the second.
6. You are now in rue Armand Caillard, and La Roseraie is located at No 78 on the right-hand side.
