'Le Gîte des Chênes' at LAUZANAC is a completely private and independent accommodation located beside our house. It offers stunning views of the valley and oak woods, and has recently undergone a full restoration, with everything inside being brand new.The spacious open plan living room and dining room features a large fireplace, while the kitchen area is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Complimentary broadband Internet access is also available, along with a satellite TV and helpful information about the surrounding area.
Access to the first floor is provided by a beautiful wrought iron staircase, crafted here on the farm. There are three comfortable double bedrooms, each furnished with a writing table and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Separating the bedrooms is a small television room that can be closed off with curtains, and it also features a double sofa bed.
The entire house benefits from central heating, in addition to the warmth provided by the impressive fireplace in the open plan living/dining room.
Outside, there are two private gardens situated on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining. The second garden boasts an inviting 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, accompanied by a shaded poolhouse and shower. The pool area is terraced and designed to ensure the safety of children.
Owners may consider allowing pets, and the accommodation warmly welcomes children.
