The Boisseau rural cottage is located in the picturesque southern Burgundy region, within the Morvan Regional Park. It is just 17 km away from the Gallo-Roman city of Autun and 50 km from Beaune, the renowned capital of wine. This charming property, built in the 17th century, showcases the traditional rural architecture of the Morvan area. Nestled on a hillside with breathtaking views of Mont Beuvray (Bibracte), Boisseau offers a stunning panorama that epitomizes the beauty of the Haut Morvan region.

Designed to accommodate up to six people, the rural cottage is situated on the first floor above the owner's apartment, ensuring privacy and independence. With a 3 "ears of corn" classification, the cottage boasts a spacious 125 m² layout. It features a 30 m² master bedroom with a double bed, a 16 m² bedroom with a double bed, and a 17 m² bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet. The large living room seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, television, and telephone (using a card service available from all France Telecom agencies). Bed linens and duvets are provided, and baby facilities are available. The cottage also includes a garage for added convenience.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the numerous amenities offered at Boisseau. Guests can enjoy the use of chairs, a sun umbrella, and a barbecue, as well as ample space for outdoor games. The property spans 1.2 hectares (3 acres) and features a main house, two barns (one used for car storage), an old bakers oven, a well, a trough, a grassy courtyard, meadows, a large orchard, and a kitchen garden. Domestic pets are also welcome.

As part of the rental package, two adult VTT bicycles are provided, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the Morvan countryside through its well-marked trails. Additionally, internet access is available for guests' convenience.
