Located on the top floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this 60m2 apartment offers a spacious and luminous retreat for up to 6 guests. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished, it provides all the comforts necessary for an independent stay.The apartment features two rooms, one with a comfortable 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a spacious double bed measuring 160cm. The open-concept American kitchen seamlessly blends into the large living room, which includes a cozy sofa that can accommodate an additional adult or two children. For entertainment, a TV is provided.
Guests are invited to relax in the garden, where they can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and make use of the provided barbecue facilities.
