This independent village house, situated on the outskirts of a wooded area, is perfect for 2-4 people. It features an enclosed garden spanning 600m², as well as private parking and a secure courtyard. The house boasts a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The living room, covering 30m², includes a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm), a TV, and wifi. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm), and there is a separate shower room and WC. Additionally, the house includes a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Linen and beds are prepared upon arrival, and towels are provided. There is also a storage area available for bicycles.

Directions

To reach our destination, take the exit for Nuits Saint Georges on the A31 motorway. From there, follow the D25 and D35 roads towards Sombernon. Once you pass Villars Fontaine, take the second left onto Messanges road. Proceed along this small road until you reach the village. Our location is at #20 Street Vines on the left-hand side.
