Welcome to our charming and exclusive bed and breakfast! This lovely, fully furnished studio with a private bathroom is located in a separate building on the property of a stunning Mediterranean home. Nestled in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles, our B&B offers complete privacy and convenience.

As you enter through your private entrance, you'll be greeted by high ceilings and elegant French doors that allow natural light to fill the space. The studio is immaculately clean and features a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for a comfortable retreat, including a stocked fridge with juice, tea, and water, a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is sparkling clean and offers a refreshing shower.

Rest peacefully on a top quality queen bed, adorned with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and cozy down-alternative quilts. In the morning, indulge in our delicious breakfast, which includes fair-trade coffee or tea, freshly baked croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is incredibly convenient, with UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica all just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The freeway entrance is only two blocks away, and there is a bus stop just one block from the property. Explore the vibrant Culver City within 10 minutes by car or bike, where you'll find theaters, restaurants, a farmers market, and historic attractions. For a beach getaway, easily access the coast or take a scenic bike ride to Venice. Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are all just a 10-minute drive away.

The owner of the property speaks French and Spanish and is more than happy to assist you with planning your stay and providing information about the area.

Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the flatscreen TV and DVD player. The studio is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, and we offer strong and fast internet through our Lynksys E4200 router.

Parking is free and readily available. We provide a hair dryer and iron for your convenience, and there is an iPod dock clock-radio in the studio. The water on the property is filtered, and we also provide R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower heats up quickly and provides a nice, hot experience. Additional services such as meals and laundry are available for an extra fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment, where you can relax and unwind.
