Villa du Parc is a charming manor built in the 1930s, showcasing the unique "Basque style" architecture. It has been transformed into a collection of holiday apartments that can be rented on a weekly or short-term basis, with the option of bed and breakfast. These apartments vary in size and can comfortably accommodate two to four people.The property boasts a spacious hall with a cozy fireplace and comfortable armchairs, providing a perfect place to relax. It also offers free internet access, a selection of games, books, magazines, and a video projector for entertainment. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can securely store and work on their bikes, skis, and other equipment.
Surrounded by expansive grounds spanning over 8000 square meters (approximately three acres), Villa du Parc offers breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There are also deck chairs and various seating options, a barbecue area, and a playground for children. The manor is conveniently located on the outskirts of Prades, allowing guests to reach the town center within a ten-minute walk. There, they can explore restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and the weekly market.
Thanks to Prades' exceptional location, visitors can indulge in their favorite holiday activities. Within just forty-five minutes, they can either soak up the sun on the beach or embark on hiking or skiing adventures at altitudes exceeding two thousand meters (around seven thousand feet). The region also offers opportunities for rock climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding, with many of these activities available year-round due to the Mediterranean climate. Directions
To reach our destination, follow the motorway heading towards Spain/Barcelona. Upon reaching Perpignan, make a right turn towards Andorra. After traveling approximately 40 km, you will arrive in Prades. Keep going straight ahead until you reach the old main road at the Prades exit, where we are located.
