Description for Gite

This gite offers a cozy and well-equipped main room measuring approximately 18 square meters. The kitchen comes with modern amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplate, 3 gas rings, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. It is also furnished with dishes and everyday electrical equipment. The room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a TV, and a small library. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Moving upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable 180-sized bed. Adjacent to it is a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience. On the top floor, there is an attic room with two single beds (90-sized), which is well-lit by a window and a skylight.

For those who enjoy dining outdoors, there is a small balcony and a designated barbecue area complete with a table and chairs. Guests can enjoy their meals in the fresh air. Juliet's house proudly holds an accreditation from Gîte de France, with a rating of two ears. Please note that pets are not allowed in the premises.

The gite is available for weekly rentals throughout the year, making it an ideal destination for a longer stay. Additionally, weekend stays of 2-4 nights are also possible, except during the months of July and August. Please be aware that there is a supplement of 50 euros per week for heating.
