Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to our charming bed and breakfast, located in a 1920s brick house with a typical Parisian garden. Alain and Christophe are delighted to provide a warm and inclusive environment for all guests. We have an entire floor dedicated exclusively to our guests, featuring two separate rooms, each equipped for two people, as well as a bathroom on the same floor. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfort with parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and necessary furniture.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast, which can be enjoyed in our cozy living room or, weather permitting, in the beautiful garden. We also provide free WiFi for our guests' convenience. Additionally, there is a third bedroom located on the ground floor, complete with a private bathroom.

If you are looking for a longer stay, we also offer comfortable and fully equipped studios in the second district of Paris, available for a minimum of one week.

Our bed and breakfast is situated in the 20th district, known as the "countryside in Paris." This area is unique as it still features houses with gardens and charming paved streets. It is sought after for its proximity to shops and transportation options, allowing you to reach the center of Paris within 15 to 20 minutes by subway, bus, or bike.

Since its restoration in 2008, Alain has been managing this delightful house, ensuring that it provides the necessary comfort and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital city. Guests will have the first floor to themselves, with two bedrooms designed to accommodate two people each. One room overlooks the garden, while the other offers a small balcony with street views. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms.

Please note that the owners reside on the second floor in their private apartment. On the ground floor, you will find the living room and kitchen, both of which open onto the garden and terrace, providing our guests with access to these spaces.

We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast, where you can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of Paris.
