The house is conveniently situated just 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes from the center of Fort de France, and a mere 5 minutes from the University Hospital of Meynard.With 2 bathrooms and an Italian shower, your comfort and convenience are well taken care of. The house boasts a sizable swimming pool, measuring 60 square meters with a capacity of 130 cubic meters, which is equipped with an alarm for your safety. The pool is surrounded by a beautifully lush garden filled with various fruit trees, orchids, and a charming Creole-style garden.
You'll have access to both indoor and outdoor terraces, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the pleasant surroundings. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen located in a cozy hut by the pool, complete with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and barbecue facilities.

Non seulement on est très bien situé, le lieu est plus qu'agréable et l'accueil encore plus sympathique. On s'y sent bien, comme à la maison avec les bons conseils et la bonne humeur communicative d'Agnès. Une très très Bonne adresse !
