Outside, there is a private terrace under an olive tree, parking space, and a private pathway. Guests also have access to a swimming pool. The studio provides amenities such as wireless internet, television, DVD player, and HIFI.

The location is close to the mountains, making it ideal for fishing, hiking, and skiing (1 hour away). It is also just 15 km away from the sea, offering opportunities for various water sports. The city of Grasse is 5 km away and there are many nearby golf courses, including the Club Med Opio which is only a 5-minute drive away. For those interested in horseback riding and tennis, there are facilities nearby as well. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, and you will have a private terrace under a beautiful olive tree. Parking is available on the premises, and there is a private way for easy access.
