This is a 35 m2 loft studio equipped with a double bedroom, perfect for two people. The studio offers an exciting library, a cozy sitting area with a corner sofa that can also be used as a bed if needed. Outside, there is a private terrace under an olive tree, parking space, and a private pathway. Guests also have access to a swimming pool. The studio provides amenities such as wireless internet, television, DVD player, and HIFI.The location is close to the mountains, making it ideal for fishing, hiking, and skiing (1 hour away). It is also just 15 km away from the sea, offering opportunities for various water sports. For those interested in horseback riding and tennis, there are facilities nearby as well.
