This charming stone house is located in the picturesque Pilat plateau, just 25 km from St Etienne and within easy reach of Lyon and Le Puy, both 80 km away. The house boasts a medieval tower and is surrounded by a beautiful park, which is shared with the adjoining owners' house.On the raised ground floor, there is a spacious 63 sq. m living area with a separate entrance and back-to-back arrangement. The living room and kitchen area are combined, providing a comfortable and convenient space. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and original wainscoting, adding to the character of the property.
The house features two bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the vaulted tower staircase. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed and two beds that are 120cm wide. There is also a modern shower room for guests' convenience.
For entertainment, a DVD/CD player is provided, and central heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private 300 sq. m garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. The owners have taken great care in restoring the property to maintain its historical charm and authentic feel of an old manor house.
