Welcome to "MARINES LAND", a modern and luxurious guest house located near Cap Blanc Nez and the Channel Tunnel. Our aim is to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay in a tastefully decorated home for our guests' well-being.

The spacious guest house (180m2 exclusively for guests) features large windows that offer stunning views of the fields and surrounding countryside. Guests can relax in the living room and enjoy their own private terrace. Additionally, our guest house runs on renewable energy, utilizing solar panels and geothermal energy.

We offer 4 well-equipped rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, accommodating a maximum of 9 people. Whether you are planning a week-long stay or longer, our special rates cater to your needs. We understand that you want to feel at home while shopping or traveling, so we ensure that our rates are reasonable and suitable for extended stays.

Furthermore, we provide free wifi and parking on the property for your convenience.

Merci à M. et Mme Martel pour leur accueil si chaleureux et renouvelé ... Nous avons quitté Terres marines ce 29 mars 2014 après notre 3e visite, sans jamais un regret mais avec des rires dans le coeur et un beau panel d'informations tant tourstique que gastronome des la Terres des 2 Caps. Maison située dan sun quartier résidentiel, calme. Espace hôte privatisé (nos accueilants occupent une autre partie, bien distincte, de la maison). Chambre impeccable, de belle taille et décorée avec goût. Lit double en 160 ou lits jumeaux (selon la chambre), Parking à l'arrière de la maison.
Entrée privative. 2 chambres au rez et 2 chambres à l'étage. Petit déjeuner copieux, davantage brunch ... Plus besoin de repas de midi ... Alors, faites comme nous, n'hésitez plus !

Directions

After exiting at 39 A16 (Boulogne Calais), continue for 1km. Upon reaching the village, make a left turn at the first intersection. Proceed ahead, even if it is marked as "no entry" and restricted to residents only. Terres Marines, the last house on the left, will be facing the fields.
