Introducing the luxurious "Les Palmiers" Villa. Originally serving as the residence for the estate steward, this 82m2 property has undergone a complete transformation, now boasting a modern and tasteful interior design. With all the necessary amenities, including a private parking space and garden, this villa offers a comfortable and convenient stay.Featuring two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a spacious king size bed (180x200cm), a cozy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a stylish bathroom with a shower unit, and a separate WC for added privacy. Additionally, there is a veranda/dining room, a terrace, a barbecue area, a laundry room, and air conditioning throughout the villa.
Guests will also have access to shared amenities such as tennis courts and a swimming pool. With its highly functional layout and pleasant atmosphere, this villa comfortably accommodates up to four people. Directions to reach Castell Rose:
By car: Take the A9 motorway and follow route nationale N116 from Perpignan. Once you reach the entrance of Prades, continue towards Prades centre and cross the town, following the sign for Hôtel de Ville. When you reach the route de Ria, a long straight road with plane trees on the left side, go approximately 200m and turn left into a narrow road located between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take the N116 road towards the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, turn right and drive along for 500m. Then, turn right again into a small road. Have a safe journey!
By plane: The closest airport to Castell Rose is Perpignan, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Alternatively, Gerona airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades train station is located 1 km away and offers connections with main train lines in Perpignan.
