It features four bedrooms, including two doubles with en-suite facilities, a twin bedded room, and a bedroom that can sleep 3 with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. The lounge area offers a cozy ambiance with English satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, and a traditional wood burner. Free WiFi is also available. The dining area opens up to a balcony that overlooks the garden, providing a beautiful view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size cooker, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a large and well-appointed bathroom with both a shower cubicle and a bath. The Laundry Room offers complimentary use of facilities such as a washing machine, irons, and ironing boards. LA COUR can be found in the peaceful hamlet of Paimbu, a mere 1 Km away from the village of Masserac. Its location is ideal for accessing the numerous beaches and attractions in the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany region. We are conveniently situated approximately 10 miles northeast of Redon, which is around 30 miles to the south of Rennes. Our location is easily accessible by car from the ferry ports of St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen, and Roscoff, as well as the international airports in Nantes and Rennes.
