Property description:This fully furnished house is located on the first floor and offers independent living. Surrounded by a beautiful countryside, the property provides a peaceful retreat for guests.
The living area is bright and spacious, facing both the south and east, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, making it convenient for preparing meals.
The living room features two comfortable sofas, one sofa bed, an armchair, a fireplace, and a TV with a Hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms, each with their own unique charm. One bedroom has a double bed, another bedroom also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, and toilet.
In the basement, guests will find a washing machine and a table tennis room, perfect for some indoor entertainment.
Outside, there is a charming garden with a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Guests will also have access to a mobile phone card and wifi.
The property benefits from oil-fired central heating, with fuel available at an additional cost of 1.00 per liter. Firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kwh per day will be charged at a rate of 0.08 per kwh.
Bed linen, house towels, and bath towels are available for an additional fee of 8 per person. Guests can also request an end-of-stay cleaning service for a package price of 45.
A security deposit of 250 will be required.
