Welcome to our countryside retreat where you can truly indulge in the joys of nature. While we don't offer TV, we do provide WiFi so you can stay connected if necessary. In place of screens, we invite you to explore our vast grounds spanning 12,000 sqm, adorned with majestic trees that have stood tall for over a century. Depending on the season and time of day, you may catch a glimpse of rabbits frolicking in our garden, an occasional timid deer, ducks, pheasants, and even our migratory stork.

Within our fully restored building, we offer two private and comfortable bedrooms for your ultimate relaxation. Breakfast is served in a communal room, but you may also choose to enjoy it on our terrace or the tranquil shaded lawn of the park.

Don't let the countryside fool you into thinking it's desolate or dull. In fact, we are conveniently located less than 15 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the Côte de Jade. If you prefer a leisurely bike ride, the scenic Loire River is also within reach. For those seeking adventure, Saint-Viaud boasts a rare water lift along the Loire-Atlantique. Additionally, as residents of this historic region of Britain, we are well-versed in the best tourist routes, family-friendly parks, attractions, and even the finest spots for a refreshing drink or a delectable meal.

Our pricing is as follows: €60 per night for 1 or 2 people, €75 for two people with a child under 12 years old. We also offer a discount of €55 and €70 respectively for the third night onwards. Please note that the child's age is less significant in determining the rate, but rather the size of the bed as it measures 80 cm in width.

Rest assured that our guest rooms are fully compliant with all legal requirements, and our prices include a homemade breakfast, cozy linens, duvets, and provided towels.
