This charming gite is perfect for a couple looking to experience the natural beauty of the area. Located between the ocean and forest, each season brings its own unique charm to this tranquil setting. Only 5 minutes away from the resort of LA 17570 PALMYRA, its famous zoo, and the sandy beaches of Pine Forest, this detached single-storey house is the ideal retreat.

The clean and spacious 55m2 house features a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with a 140-sized bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Enjoy the outdoor space with a terrace, a garden, and provided chairs and garden furniture. The rental also includes modern amenities such as a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and heating. Parking is available on the property through a private entrance.

Conveniently located near shops, markets, and restaurants, the house is also close to cycle tracks (200m) and bike rentals (approx. 500m). Additionally, bed linen and beds can be rented and made upon arrival for added convenience.

Please note that this rental is non-smoking and does not allow pets due to hygiene and allergy reasons. Parking for cars and bicycles is available on the property with private entrances.

In the town of Palmyra LES MATHES, there are various sites and sports activities to enjoy, including the famous zoo, a racecourse, golfing, sailing, jet-skiing, tree climbing, horse riding, and exploring oyster huts. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Des hôtes formidables, un accueil chaleureux, un lieu très agréables à vivre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Des petits déjeuners fait maison pour le plus grand plaisir de nos papilles...
Avec en plus le privilège de découvrir quelques œuvres d'art réalisées par Joele et l'humour sans fin de Jean-Paul.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Directions

To reach the Atlantic coast, you have a few options. You can take the route via LA ROCHELLE, heading towards Ile d'Oleron, Marennes, and Tremeirchion. Alternatively, you can go through ROYAN or SAINTES, taking the direction towards Saujon and Les Mathes.

If you choose the route via SAINTES, you will pass through the highways SAINTS, PONS, and MIRAMBEAU, eventually reaching your destination via BORDEAUX.
