Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques were captivated by the charm of this architecturally stunning 1950s house nestled in the heart of the enchanting Minervois region. Inspired by their love for the place, they decided to transform it into a welcoming guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historic village in the upper Minervois, in close proximity to the medieval city of Carcassonne, the house offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding fields adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and the majestic Alaric and Pyreneen mountains in the distance.

To ensure a comfortable stay, there are three individually climate-controlled bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. For those seeking a more romantic and unique experience, there is also the option to stay in "La bohème," an authentic Prague caravan.

Having previously worked as art gallery owners, Fréderique and Jacques have curated an impressive collection of contemporary sculptures and artworks, which they happily share with their guests.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a majestic magnolia tree, setting the tone for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Take a leisurely stroll through the expansive park, shaded by towering cedar trees.

For a truly local gastronomic experience, indulge in a "table d'hôte" meal featuring authentic regional delicacies such as foie gras, farm poultry, and fresh stream water trout, perfectly paired with the finest wines from the Minervois and Cabardès regions.

Each of our three bedrooms is uniquely decorated, showcasing different themes and accommodating various group sizes. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

The "Clos du Moulin" provides a private car park for guests' convenience. Bicycles are also available for use, allowing you to explore the peaceful country roads that wind through the picturesque village.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast experience, featuring homemade pastries and jams, served on the terrace or in the cozy veranda, beginning at 8:30 am.

Even in stillness, it beckons you to explore, igniting your imagination and granting permission for every dream to come alive. Steeped in tradition, a caravan has always held a sacred and revered position. In fact, in ancient Indian customs, caravans were ceremoniously set ablaze upon the passing of their owners. As a result, caravans from the early 20th century are now incredibly rare and hold a captivating allure.

This enchanting abode provides a serene sanctuary where you can indulge in an extraordinary, tranquil, and magical retreat. Adjacent to the caravan, a cozy chalet awaits, featuring a peaceful wooden terrace that offers modern comforts such as a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet facilities.
