Situated on a private floor exclusively for guests, this apartment comprises a spacious living room with an open kitchen concept. The living room is beautifully lit and features a SmartTV, Chromecast, and Canal+ channels. You can also access the balcony-terrace, which offers a sunny southeastern view. There are two bedrooms available: one furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, and another with two twin beds and its own bathroom and separate toilet. Each room is equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a desk. Additionally, four bikes are at your disposal, including two with electric assistance.
