This charming gite spans across 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find two entrances, a cozy living room with a comfortable three-seater sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and reliable wireless internet. Additionally, there is a spacious living and dining area that can accommodate up to 15 people for breakfast, along with an additional lounge area featuring a three-seater sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes three gas rings, a multifunction oven, two microwaves, a dishwasher, a cooker, and a fridge. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a toilet, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a delightful suite measuring 25 m², complete with a comfortable 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a generous dressing room, and a private bathroom. Additionally, there are three bedrooms on this floor, each furnished with a double bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm. A bathroom with a toilet and a heated towel rack is also conveniently located on this floor.
On the second floor, there is a charming suite featuring three beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm, as well as a sink.
Outside the gite, there are two outdoor terraces with stunning garden views overlooking the private 400 m² garden.
