Located in Autoire (Lot), which is renowned as "one of the most beautiful villages in France," this charming gite is a separate section of a stunning 17th-18th century manor. With a capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests, the gite boasts a fully restored 130 m2 living space equipped with modern amenities. There are two well-equipped kitchens and two spacious bathrooms with both showers and tubs. The gite features an old fireplace and a ceiling adorned with decorative beams, adding a touch of historic charm to the ambiance. Spread across three levels, it offers 3-4 sleeping areas, suitable for 4-5 adults and 2-4 children. The sleeping arrangements include two convertible couches (1.40 meters wide), two beds (0.80 meters wide), and two beds (0.90 meters wide).On the garden level, you will find a cozy sleeping area, an old fireplace, a convenient kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. Ascending one flight of stairs, a spacious lounge awaits, complete with a sleeping area, a painted beam ceiling, a fully-fitted kitchen, and a separate sink and toilet area. The top level of the gite comprises two bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and a toilet.
For couples or small families, there is also a one-room studio available. This studio, dating back to the 17th century, offers a beautiful room with a kitchenette, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and a private terrace. Please note that the studio does not have heating.
The gite is available for rent at a rate of 350 euros per week during the period from July 15th to August 15th, while for other dates, the rate is 300 euros.
