Welcome to Mas Montebello Lodging! This fully independent house offers 200 m² of space and comes with its own private pool. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 WC, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate large groups. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fireplace, includes amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The 75 m² salon features another fireplace and is equipped with a big screen satellite TV, DVD player, and home theater system. For entertainment, there is a pool table and piano available. Linens can be rented and weekly cleaning services are available upon request. Additionally, end-of-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Outside, the lodge has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and is fenced with outdoor lighting. There are 3 terraces, two of which have garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. A barbecue is also provided for your convenience. The well-maintained swimming pool comes with an alarm system and sunbathing area. Outdoor games for children are available as well.

Mas Montebello is child-friendly and provides amenities such as a cot, high chair, changing table, and safe stairs. Located in the Pyrenees-Orientales department, this lodging offers an exceptional location, only 15 minutes away from Perpignan. It is perfectly situated between mountains and sea, with easy access to various Catalan attractions.

Nearby, you can visit Vinca Lake and its beach, which is only 3 km away. The Mediterranean beaches of Argeles and Collioure are also within a 30-minute drive. If you enjoy skiing, the ski resorts of Cerdagne and Capcir, such as Font-Romeu and Les Angles, are also just 30 minutes away. There are also numerous picturesque places to visit, such as the Organs of the Ille-sur-Tet and the baths of St. Tomas.

Gite très agréable, vue magnifique. La formule 1/2 pension est idéal et les repas proposés sont régionaux. Une fois le coin jacuzzi terminé ça sera le top !

Directions

Take the PERPIGNAN SUD exit on the A9 motorway. Continue towards THE SOLER / PRADES and stay on this route. When you reach the RN 116, continue straight until you reach the VINCA exit. Follow the signs for RIGARDA / FINESTRET at the entrance of VINCA. Keep following the signs until you reach the direction for JOCH / FINESTRET. After passing this intersection, take the second left onto CARRER DE LERA. At the end of the road, turn left and continue straight onto the small street called CARRERO DELS AMETLLERS.
