Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" in Bleusy, Haute-Nendaz, Switzerland. This charming, traditional Valais farmhouse is located in the peaceful hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 km outside of Haute-Nendaz. The house is easily accessible all year round and sits at an elevation of 1400 m, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

The property offers a covered balcony and a barbecue area for relaxation and outdoor dining. There is a car park conveniently located nearby. The Post-Bus-Stop "Chapelle du Bleusy" and the Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy" are only 150 m away.

Please note that this vacation home is not recommended for physically handicapped individuals or children under 4 years old.

During the winter season, a Ski-Bus operates every 30 minutes from the nearby bus stop to Nendaz or Siviez. Families can enjoy a tax reduction on ski-lift subscriptions in the "4 vallees" ski area. In the summer season, the area offers fantastic hiking opportunities in the southern part of the canton Wallis.

The chalet has a net living space of 65 m2 spread across two levels and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 210 l fridge, a 3-plate electric stove with an oven, a 200 l boiler, and all necessary utensils and dinnerware, including a coffee machine, Fondue set, and Raclette oven.

The cozy living room features a corner seat, dining table, closets, a carpeted floor, and entertainment options such as a radio and satellite TV. Please note that there is no telephone connection available.

The bedrooms consist of one ground floor bedroom with two single beds and a carpeted floor, and one first-floor bedroom with one single bed and one double bed. Please be aware that the attic floor has an open wooden staircase. Bedding is provided, but guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, or they can rent them for a fee.

The water heating is supplied by the communal water system of Nendaz, and electricity costs are based on usage and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Visitor's tax is applicable at a rate of CHF 2.50 per adult and CHF 1.25 per child (6 to 16 years old) per night.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the guest, but cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee of CHF 100.

The rental period starts on Saturdays and has a minimum duration of 1 week (7 days). Guests are required to complete a document of acceptance upon arrival. A security deposit of CHF 200 is also required, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are allowed upon request.
