We invite you to experience our spacious dedicated area of over 50m². Located on the ground floor, it offers a private entrance for your convenience. This delightful space comprises two interconnected rooms, accommodating up to four guests and a baby.

The Loire room features a cozy double bed, a small desk, and can also accommodate a crib upon request. The Louet room is furnished with two comfortable single beds.

Additionally, the area includes a dressing room, a toilet, and a bathroom complete with a wash basin, large bath towels, a hair dryer, and towels.

You will also have access to a charming room that opens onto a south-facing garden, where you can indulge in a delightful breakfast. A cozy sitting area with two armchairs is also available, stocked with books on Anjou and some classic literature, as well as brochures and tourist information.

Every effort has been made to restore this space, preserving its authentic character while ensuring your utmost comfort.

Directions

From PARIS: Take the A11 towards NANTES. After the toll, continue towards Angers and then follow the signs for Cholet / LA ROCHE SUR YON (A87).
1. Take exit 22 onto the D748 towards Murs-Erigne Centre.
2. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right towards the bridges.
3. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left towards St. John of the Cross (D132).
4. Continue straight along the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross.
5. After about 4km, look for the sign for Boire Growing / The verdelets / Port Gaurion / Down Village - Fire.
6. Take a left and then a second left at the bottom of the cul de sac to reach your destination, Small Drink.

From ANGERS Downtown:
1. Head southeast on Boulevard du Roi René towards Rue Talot.
2. Continue onto Rue Paul Bert. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Rabelais.
3. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Av de Lattre de Tassigny.
4. Take the exit for Les Ponts-de-Ce Centre.
5. Continue straight on rue David d'Angers and Rue Victor Hugo.
6. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Charles de Gaulle and cross the bridge.
