This unique house boasts a bucolic style and is situated on an ocean inlet in the charming hamlet of La Gachere in Brem/Mer. The expansive and beautiful beaches of Gabelous and Sauveterre are just a short distance away.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Complimentary WiFi is available. There is drop-off parking in front of the house, with additional parking located 150m away. The private garden overlooks the river and offers opportunities for fishing, swimming, and absolute tranquility. The surfing beach is just 700m away, and two bikes are available for your use. Shops are easily accessible by foot or bike. Cleaning, sheets, and towels are included in the price.

Despite its age, this fisherman's house provides all modern comforts while maintaining the character of the hamlet. Your bedroom, equipped with a new High Comfort double bed (160), is located upstairs, while the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are located on the ground floor.

The garden, arranged in three terraces, offers direct access to the Auzance ocean inlet. Enjoy breathtaking breakfasts at sunrise and delightful BBQ aperitifs at sunset. The inlet provides a clean and inviting swimming area during high tide and is perfect for fishing various species such as bass, mullet, and eels.
