- Just a 5-minute drive from Pantano de Alarcón, where you can enjoy a man-made beach for water sports and relaxation.
- Our property, consisting of three floors and six rooms, offers a variety of options to suit your needs. Each room is equipped with a TV, some have a shower and fireplace, and all have individual bathrooms. With its charming decoration, stone walls, and wooden beams dating back over 400 years, our place offers a lovely atmosphere for your enjoyment.
- The upstairs rooms are more basic but still very charming, offering a double bed and an attic space.
- On the first floor, you will find suites with two rooms, a bedroom, and a living area. These suites are equipped with a four-poster bed and an extra single bed. The antique furnishings and exquisite decoration create a cozy and comfortable space for relaxation.
- The ground floor of the house, known as "Grandpa Felix winery," is a unique feature of our property. It offers a quiet space for reading and listening to music, a spacious dining room with a stone fireplace, and a fascinating vaulted cave with a well and six arms. Among its centennial wooden beams and stones, you will find objects that tell the history of the area, from Visigoth to Roman times, preserved for everyone to enjoy.

- Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30 am and includes a variety of local products.
- Lunch and dinner are available upon request in "Grandpa Felix winery," where you can taste the rich and elaborate cuisine of Cuenca, including traditional dishes such as morteruelo, ajoarriero, Partridge, zarajos, gazpacho pastor, and more.
- Our property also offers a green zone for relaxation and free access to the municipal pool of Valeras during July and August.
