OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our main house features four bedrooms and one dormitory, while the recently restored bakery is a small, detached home that can accommodate a family or a small group of four. Enjoy the glorious sun all day on the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond.
La Lipomerie provides comfortable lodgings for small groups, ensuring our guests' privacy and a fruitful stay.

OUR AMENITIES
During your stay, we strive to cater to your needs.
We provide linens, toiletries, groceries, and even allow you to pick fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs, and fresh eggs from our hens. In season, you can also participate in apple picking, honey harvesting, and sheep shearing.

LA PETITE MAISON: THE OLD BAKERYIdeal for up to four guests, this charming little retreat offers a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The house can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, or three adults. Enjoy plenty of natural light in this delightful house, complete with a terrace, patio furniture, and a barbecue.

Take the A13 N12 towards Dreux, then continue towards Verneuil l'Aigle Moulins-la-Marche.
Distance:
To reach Deauville, take the highway.
From Paris, it will take approximately 2 hours.
From Deauville, it will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
From Le Havre, it will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
By train:
If traveling on the Paris Montparnasse-Granville line, you can either stop at Surdon, which is a 15-minute ride, or l'Aigle, which is a 25-minute ride.
By bike:
You can take La Veloscénie, a bike path that connects Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel, which passes through Le Perche. For more information, visit the Veloscénie website or the website for Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne. Another option is to travel by train and bike. Take the Paris-Le Mans line or go through Granville and get off at the Condé station, which provides direct access to the Voie Verte.
