Location: The port of Paimpol is a 5-minute drive away, and the forest is just 50 million away, perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beach and estuary Trieux are 3 km away, and the boat to the island of Bréhat can be reached in just 10 minutes. Tréguier is a 15-minute drive, and the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the pink granite coast are only 20 minutes away.

There are many beautiful beaches in the area, including Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec. Additionally, there are several attractions nearby, such as Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking trail, the groove Talbert, and remarkable gardens. St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all within a 1.5-hour drive.

This recently built wooden house is fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room of 35 m2 with a combined living and dining area, and an open kitchen with all necessary appliances. There is also a cloakroom and a toilet. The large bay window opens up to a south-facing terrace of 20 m2 and a garden surrounded by wooded slopes. The house is equipped with a computer, internet access via WiFi and CPL outlet.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a double wardrobe, and a large desk. There is also a bedroom with a "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towels. Extra sleeping arrangements include a sofa bed and a baby bed.

The minimum stay is 2 nights during the off-season, and full weeks from Saturday to Saturday during the high summer period. Water and electricity usage are not included in the rental price and will be charged based on meter readings. On average, the cost is around 20€ per week for 4 people.

Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome, but please note that cats and horses are in close proximity.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room measuring 35 m2, consisting of a combined living and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, there is a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The living room features a large bay window that offers a beautiful view of the south-facing garden terrace, which measures 20 m2 and is surrounded by lush lawns and wooded slopes. For your convenience, there is a computer available with internet access via both wifi and CPL outlet.

Moving upstairs, there is a bedroom furnished with a double bed (140 cm), complete with a spacious double wardrobe and a large desk. Another bedroom offers a unique sleeping arrangement with a "coin" bed (120 cm) and a single bed, along with a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made using the sofa bed or a baby bed.

During the off-season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, while in the peak summer season, full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are preferred. Please note that water and electricity usage will be charged separately based on meter readings, with an average cost of about 20 per week for four people.
