Description:

Description for B&B:

Marie-Élisabeth and José, you have reserved three rooms in a tranquil and peaceful bed and breakfast located in the serene Caylar on the Larzac plateau.

Our house, dating back to the 14th century, has been fully restored in the traditional caussenarde style. It is situated beneath the Roc Castel and constructed primarily with stones from the castle, preserving its authentic charm.

We have meticulously maintained its authenticity, evident in the vaulted room (formerly a barn) and fireplace on the ground floor, which we have been gradually restoring over the years.

Bring your children to revel in nature and partake in the numerous outdoor activities available, such as hiking and mountain biking along the multitude of trails.

Small pets are welcome, subject to consultation.

Whether you are seeking a cultural, gastronomic, or sports-oriented experience, or simply a stopover on your journey across the Larzac plateau, we eagerly await your visit.

We guarantee a delightful family vacation or a relaxing break for a night or two in our guest rooms at Caylar.

See you soon in the Caylar Larzac!

Directions

To reach Le Caylar, you can take the A75 "La Méridienne" and exit at number 49, which leads directly to Le Caylar.

Our guest rooms are situated behind the square known as the "carved tree" square. The main entrance to our house, located at 46 rue de la Ville, can be accessed through a narrow, one-way lane. I recommend parking at the village square near the carved tree.

Alternatively, you can use the "small entrance" of our house at 41 rue du Quai, which is distinguished by a wrought iron gate and door depicting a sun. Please note that the windows above this door do not belong to our establishment. You can safely park your car in the parking lot.
