Electric heating ensures a cozy stay.

The location provides a beautiful view of the garden and faces south. The house/villa is conveniently close to the towns of Royan and Rochefort, as well as the stunning Oleron Island. The beach is only 5 km away, while shops and restaurants are within 400-500 m. The town center and port are also easily accessible.
