Formerly a guard house, this independent property dates back to the 16th century and is nestled within a sprawling 9-hectare estate. Carefully restored in 2005, the house still exudes its original charm with its captivating stone walls and exposed beams. Blending comfort and modernity seamlessly, the Country residence is the perfect fusion of old-world charm and contemporary convenience. As a testament to our commitment to quality, we proudly hold the prestigious clévacances label with 3 keys. Directions

To reach Rocheservière, which is situated halfway between Nantes (44) and La Roche sur Yon (85), follow the MONTAIGU-Chollet-A83 route. Once on this route, drive until you reach Sauviniere. As you exit the village, you will notice Rocheservière, the first village on your right. Keep an eye out for signs and take the second left entrance into the village.
